Wish Upon a Fluff
Ah, dandelions . Although I know many people with severe allergies will probably shudder at the idea of the fluff being blown into the air and in their heads they are screaming “Don’t you dare blow on that thing” while they are thinking of their last reaction or the garden they just weeded. But come on, who as a child, didn’t take it upon themselves to release the spores of a fluffy dandelion ball and as they did so make a wish. Hoping that tomorrow morning they would wake up with that awesome toy next to them or whatever your little heart desired. As an adult I still love these things and the bigger the better! I no longer use them as a magic genie but there is still something a little bit wonderous about white fluffiness floating around you. So relax a little and make wish.
There is no need to go to India or anywhere else to find peace. You will find that deep place of silence right in your room, your garden or even your bathtub.

I like your pictures, and your thoughts with them! Very free-spirited. I too would blow on dandelions when I was younger, and I should try it again the next time I see one! Thanks for following my blog, I’ll try to do the same for yours!
Awe thanks! I really appreciate it. Cheers!
I wished on one just yesterday!
You’re never too old for certain things.
Always believe in the magic around you, wishing on dandelion clocks is for us all or growing up would be just so sad. Beautiful photo
Magic is wonderful! Thank you
My daughters keep me in line in appreciating dandelions. To them, dandelions are just another flower – and I pretty much have to agree. You’ve some marvelous photos here, Monikah.
That is wonderful. Children are great to have around to remind you of the simple things that we forget to pay attention to. Thanks!
