Flight School
Here is another beautiful sunset. This is right in center Edmonton. I love that I managed to capture the birds during a flight test against the setting sun! I love the small amount of land in the photo it ground it just enough. We have been blessed with some amazing night weather lately. Keep it up mother nature! I will be spending my next couple of days at Gull Lake with no reception or internet. I will be M.I.A. for the next couple of days. Enjoy the long weekend!
“ife is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.”

You are much bolder than I am. I sometimes intend to show lots of sky but the amount of land always seems to creep up to at least one third. I agree with you that your image looks great with just a sliver of land.
such a beautiful picture!
Nice shot. Great composition.
If I were you, I ll make that land to the one third as Mike said. You break the rule, and I love it! So well done.
